Organic NIR sensors in postage stamp format
Senorics GmbH
Senorics GmbH is a spin-off from TU Dresden. The innovative near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy sensors from Senorics enable detection and measurement of contents and impurities in a wide range of solids and liquids, such as textiles, foods or pharmaceuticals. By using tailored organic semiconductor materials patterned as thin layers to form very small infrared detectors, Senorics can produce highly compact wavelength-selective sensor arrays.
TGFS has been a shareholder in the company since 2018. Other investors include FIDURA Private Equity Fonds from Munich, Saxo Consult from Dresden, Zeiss Venture from Oberkochen and TUDAG TU Dresden AG.
