Stefan Leermann started his career in the investment business in 1997 at Sachsen LB Corporate Finance Holding GmbH in Leipzig, where he was finally responsible for the Exit & Funding division. Following a period at HSH Private Equity GmbH — today’s Capcellence Mittelstandspartner GmbH – with project responsibility for medium-sized portfolio companies, he changed to the entrepreneurial side as part of the management team of P.E.R. Flucht und Rettungsleitsysteme GmbH in Ahrensburg in 2008. There he gained extensive experience in managing a medium-sized company and expanded the marketing and sales area, in particular.

From 2011 onwards, Stefan Leermann was Head of Investments at Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf and acted as Managing Director of S‑Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, the investment holding company of Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf. Since 2013, he has been Managing Director of S‑Beteiligungen, the investment company of Sparkasse Leipzig.

Stefan Leermann holds a degree in economics from the Ruhr University Bochum.
