Oliver Latz ist Gruppenleiter beim TGFS und der MBG Mittelst\u00e4ndische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Sachsen mbH<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bereits w\u00e4hrend seines Studiums sammelte Oliver Latz wertvolle Erfahrungen bei dem Start-up Fair Observer und bei einem Forschungsprojekt bei Tesla. Anschlie\u00dfend war er bei der renommierten amerikanischen Investmentbank State Street im Bereich International Finance t\u00e4tig. Danach begleitete er bei KPMG zun\u00e4chst als Pr\u00fcfungsleiter im Bereich Audit Financial Services und anschlie\u00dfend im Bereich Deal Advisory Valuation Unternehmen sowohl auf der Buy- als auch auf der Sell-Side bei M&A-Transaktionen.<\/p>\n

Seit 2022 ist er bei der MBG Sachsen t\u00e4tig, wo er den Bereich Life Science Investments leitet und seine umfangreiche Erfahrung und Expertise in die Finanzierung von innovativen Start-ups und jungen Technologieunternehmen einbringt.<\/p>\n

Oliver Latz absolvierte sein Bachelor- und Masterstudium im Studiengang Technologie- und Managementorientierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der TU M\u00fcnchen. Im Masterstudium spezialisierte er sich auf die Bereiche Corporate Finance und Product Engineering. Er absolvierte zudem die Spezialisierung zum Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA, TUM\/BVK).<\/p>\n
