Vor seiner T\u00e4tigkeit bei der CFH sammelte Thomas Mackiol praktische Erfahrungen bei der mittelst\u00e4ndischen M&A-Beratung Cowen Europe sowie im Corporate M&A bei der European Energy Exchange.<\/p>\n

Er betreut bei der CFH verschiedene Portfoliounternehmen im Mittelstand und unterst\u00fctzt diese bei der Umsetzung und Ausarbeitung strategischer Fragestellungen sowie der Identifizierung von Wachstums- und Synergiepotenzialen. Gemeinsam mit dem Investment Team der CFH ist er f\u00fcr die Strukturierung, Finanzierung und Umsetzung von Transaktionen zust\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n

Thomas Mackiol studierte an der Leibniz Universit\u00e4t Hannover sowie an der Universit\u00e4t Leipzig und besitzt einen Master of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Vor seinem Studium absolvierte er eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann bei der Saalesparkasse in Halle.<\/p>\n
