Zukauf bei <\/span>Dr. F\u00f6disch Umweltmesstechnik AG<\/a>:\u00a0Unser <\/span>WMS-Portfoliounternehmen erweitert mit der Akquisition der Firma Testa GmbH<\/a> (M\u00fcnchen) sein bestehendes Produkt- und Technologieportfolio um Flammenionisationsdetektoren (FID).<\/span><\/p>\n

Diese FID-Analysatoren kommen f\u00fcr die Emissionsmessung in Verbrennungsanlagen und f\u00fcr Prozessanalysen u.a. in der \u00d6l- und Gasindustrie zum Einsatz. Mit diesem Zukauf macht die F\u00f6disch-Gruppe einen weiteren Schritt in Richtung eines europ\u00e4ischen Prozess- und Umweltmesstechnikspezialisten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gr\u00fcnder und Vorstand der F\u00f6disch Umweltmesstechnik AG,\u00a0<\/span>Dr. Holger F\u00f6disch, sieht mit der eigenen Gasanalysatoren-Familie Synergiepotentiale im Segment der Emissionsmessung und neue Absatzchancen im Bereich der Prozessmessung. Mit einem neuen Standort in M\u00fcnchen erweitert F\u00f6disch zudem das Servicenetzwerk in S\u00fcddeutschland<\/span><\/p>\n
