Seit 25 Jahren begleitet die in Leipzig ans\u00e4ssige CFH Management GmbH Unternehmen in Sachsen als Eigenkapitalpartner mit \u00fcber M\u20ac 300 under management \u2013 bereitgestellt von \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Investoren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warum Sachsen? \u201eDass die Sachsen sind, was sie sind, verdanken sie nicht ihrer Gem\u00fctlichkeit, sondern ihrer Energie\u201c, stellte schon Fontane fest. Und es stimmt: Der Freistaat hat aus Investorensicht viel zu bieten: Neben einer regen Gr\u00fcnderszene existiert ein umtriebiger Mittelstand, der die Herausforderungen der Nachwendezeit erfolgreich gemeistert und zur\u00fcck zu alter St\u00e4rke gefunden hat. Spannende Unternehmen, herausragende Unternehmerpers\u00f6nlichkeiten und gro\u00dfartige Teams sind in Sachsen zu finden. Hinzu kommt ein gut funktionierendes \u00d6kosystem mit der Innovationsplattform futureSax, Co-Working-Spaces, Inkubatoren, Hochschulen und Kapitalgebern.<\/p>\n

Die CFH ist als Partner der s\u00e4chsischen Wirtschaft Teil dieser Entwicklung und bietet seit Jahren Eigenkapitalfonds \u2013 zugeschnitten auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Unternehmen vor Ort \u2013 an. Ziel ist es dabei, professionelles Investmentgesch\u00e4ft mit regionaler Verankerung und Verantwortung zu verbinden. Aktuell werden der TGFS Technologiegr\u00fcnderfonds Sachsen und der WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen investiert. Der TGFS adressiert s\u00e4chsische Start-ups und der WMS etablierte mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen. Investoren sind der Freistaat Sachsen, die BBS\/MBG Sachsen, s\u00e4chsische Sparkassen und die SAB getreu dem Motto: Aus Sachsen und f\u00fcr Sachsen.<\/p>\n

2005 wurde erstmalig der WMS an den Markt gebracht. Seither wurden Unternehmen bei klassischen Finanzierungsanl\u00e4ssen, wie Wachstumsvorhaben, Zuk\u00e4ufen und Gesellschafterwechseln, begleitet. Im letzten Jahr ist der WMS in die dritte Fondsgeneration gestartet. Der Bedarf ist da, denn gerade das Thema Nachfolge ist in Sachsen zu l\u00f6sen. Pro Deal werden M\u20ac 1 bis 10 in Form von Minderheits- und Mehrheitsbeteiligungen bereitgestellt \u2013 gerne auch mit anderen Investoren gemeinsam, wie j\u00fcngst beim Owner-Buy-Out der Dr. F\u00f6disch Umweltmesstechnik AG, wo der WMS gemeinsam mit der NORD Holding beteiligt ist.<\/p>\n

Der TGFS finanziert Gr\u00fcndende in der nunmehr zweiten Fondsgeneration. Auch Seed-Projekte wurden erfolgreich umgesetzt. Als einer der aktivsten Investoren Deutschlands hat der Fonds in \u00fcber 80 wissensbasierte, technologieorientierte Unternehmen, wie Pendix, watttron oder Kopernikus Automotive, investiert. Qoniac oder Rhebo sind nur zwei Beispiele f\u00fcr erfolgreiche Exits.<\/p>\n
