Der TGFS Technologiegr\u00fcnderfonds Sachsen erh\u00f6ht sein Investment in die we-do.ai GmbH aus Leipzig im Rahmen einer Folgefinanzierung. Bereits seit 2018 begleitet der TGFS das auf Chatbots spezialisierte Start-up als Finanzierungspartner. Mit einem nun siebenstelligen Betrag unterstreicht der TGFS sein Commitment zum Sprach-Chatbot foodcall.<\/p>\n

Mit foodcall<\/a> schafft we-do.ai eine umfassende Software-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Gastronomie: angefangen bei der Bestellannahme per Telefon via \u00dcbermittlung an die K\u00fcche bis zur Integration in das Kassensystem. foodcall ist 24\/7 einsatzbereit, kann parallel mehrere Telefonate f\u00fchren und auch Kundenanfragen an das Restaurant weiterleiten. Dabei zeichnet sich der Sprach-Chatbot insbesondere durch eine fl\u00fcssige Gespr\u00e4chsf\u00fchrung aus, erkennt Sprachvariationen und beantwortet Nachfragen zum Bestellstatus. Durch den ganzheitlichen Ansatz von foodcall k\u00f6nnen zudem Falschbestellungen vermieden werden. Mit dieser Unterst\u00fctzung kann sich das Restaurant auf die Zubereitung, das Servieren und Ausliefern von Speisen fokussieren und so das Team entlastet werden.<\/p>\n

Die Markteinf\u00fchrung von foodcall erfolgte bereits Anfang 2022. Der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Gr\u00fcnder, Dr. Sebastian Hecker, res\u00fcmiert: \u201eDie Resonanz auf den Sprach-Chatbot innerhalb der Branche ist trotz der aktuell schwierigen Lage f\u00fcr Gastronomen sehr positiv. foodcall ist ein einfach zu verstehendes Produkt und die Mehrwerte k\u00f6nnen schnell \u00fcberzeugen\u201c. Nicht zuletzt entlastet der Sprach-Chatbot die Restaurants in Zeiten des Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels. In den kommenden Monaten soll nun der weitere Roll-out vorangetrieben werden. Hierf\u00fcr strebt Dr. Hecker auch Partnerschaften mit Systemgastronomieketten und zus\u00e4tzlichen Kassensystemherstellern an.<\/p>\n

\u201eText- und sprachbasierte Konversationsagenten sind vielen im Bereich Kundenservice oder als digitaler Assistent, bspw. Siri, bekannt. Mit dem Sprach-Chatbot foodcall fokussiert sich das Team der we-do.ai jedoch auf eine konkrete Situation und schafft hier mit viel Expertise und Feinsinn einen sehr spannenden Kommunikationskanal\u201c, erl\u00e4utert S\u00f6ren Schuster, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer des TGFS, und f\u00fcgt hinzu: \u201eWir freuen uns bereits auf die Anwendung in Leipzig und insbesondere darauf, das we-do.ai-Team bei dem weiteren Wachstum zu begleiten.\u201c Der TGFS hat seit 2008 \u00fcber 100 Start-ups im Freistaat Sachsen begleitet und investiert dabei auch, wie im Falle von we-do.ai, in fr\u00fchen Phasen.<\/p>\n
