September 2023<\/p>\n<p>Der TGFS Technologiegr\u00fcnderfonds Sachsen gibt seine Beteiligung an der<a href=\"https:\/\/mivia.ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> MiViA GmbH<\/a> bekannt. MiViA ist eine Ausgr\u00fcndung des Instituts f\u00fcr Metallumformung der TU Bergakademie Freiberg. An der Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstoff- und KI-Expertise hat das Gr\u00fcnderteam mit mivia.ai ein Produkt entwickelt, mit dem es den Routineprozess der Mikrostrukturanalyse beschleunigt und standardisiert. mivia.ai wird bereits durch namhafte Akteure aus der Stahlbranche angewandt. Die Mittel des TGFS dienen dem weiteren Unternehmensaufbau und der Entwicklung zus\u00e4tzlicher Funktionalit\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mikrostrukturanalyse ist eines der wichtigsten Pr\u00fcfverfahren in der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle und kommt auch in der F&amp;E zum Einsatz. Sie dient der Erkennung von Oberfl\u00e4chenfehlern und insbesondere der Beurteilung der mechanischen Eigenschaften von Werkst\u00fccken. Potentielle M\u00e4ngel sollen damit fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt werden. Traditionell ist die Mikrostrukturanalyse ein aufwendiger Routineprozess, der von speziell ausgebildeten Metallographen oder externen Dienstleistern durchgef\u00fchrt wird. \u201eMit mivia.ai k\u00f6nnen wir die Metallographen deutlich von einer monoton-repetitiven T\u00e4tigkeit entlasten\u201c, betont Dr.-Ing.
