02. Juli 2025<\/p>\n

Mit der \u00dcbernahme der SYSTEMA Systementwicklung GmbH<\/a> durch Accenture beginnt f\u00fcr das Unternehmen ein neues Kapitel in seiner Erfolgsgeschichte. Als WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen gratulieren wir der Unternehmerfamilie und dem gesamten SYSTEMA-Team herzlich zu diesem bedeutenden Schritt.<\/p>\n

Seit unserem Einstieg im Jahr 2018 haben wir SYSTEMA als Partner auf dem Weg vom spezialisierten Mittelst\u00e4ndler zum international gefragten Digitalisierungspartner aktiv begleitet. Gemeinsam mit dem Management wurden strategische Weichen gestellt, um die Marktposition auszubauen \u2013 insbesondere in der Halbleiterindustrie, einem der weltweit dynamischsten und anspruchsvollsten Technologiefelder.<\/p>\n

SYSTEMA bringt exzellente Kompetenzen in der Automatisierung von Fertigungsprozessen, der Integration von IT- und Produktionssystemen sowie bei MES-L\u00f6sungen auf Basis von SAP und Critical Manufacturing mit. Dass dieses Know-how nun Teil des globalen Netzwerks von Accenture wird, ist eine Anerkennung der Leistung des Unternehmens \u2013 und zugleich ein starkes Signal f\u00fcr die Innovationskraft des s\u00e4chsischen Mittelstands. SYSTEMA bleibt Dresden treu. Der Verbleib in der Landeshauptstadt ist ein klares Bekenntnis zur Region und zu den Menschen, die den Erfolg des Unternehmens mitgestaltet haben.<\/p>\n

Nach sieben Jahren vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit endet mit dem Einstieg von Accenture nun planm\u00e4\u00dfig unsere Partnerschaft \u2013 ein erfolgreicher Exit, der SYSTEMA neue Wachstumsperspektiven im internationalen Kontext er\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n
