Enterprise Investors (EI) ist der \u00e4lteste und einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Private-Equity-Fondsmanager in Osteuropa. EI ist spezialisiert auf nachfolgeorientierte Buyout-Transaktionen im mittleren Marktsegment und Expansionsfinanzierungen. Mit 40 Investment Professionals arbeitet das Unternehmen in Warschau, Bratislava, Bukarest, Budapest, Prag, Zagreb und New York.<\/p>\n

EI wurde gegr\u00fcndet, um den wirtschaftlichen Transformationsprozess in Osteuropa zu begleiten. Seit dem Jahr 1990 wurden neun Fonds mit einem Gesamtkapital von mehr als Mrd\u20ac 2,5 aufgelegt. Enterprise Investors hat bislang (Stand 2021) 134 Unternehmen mit einem Gesamtbruttoerl\u00f6s von Mrd\u20ac 4,1 ver\u00e4u\u00dfert. Die CFH war am Fonds V beteiligt. Herausragendes Investment war das tschechische Softwareunternehmen AVG, welches an der NYSE erfolgreich platziert wurde.<\/p>\n
