Kama GmbH ist ein innovativer Hersteller von hochwertigen Veredelungsstanzen sowie Falt- und Klebemaschinen f\u00fcr den Verpackungs- und Werbedruckmarkt. Kama bietet mit einer 125-j\u00e4hrigen Tradition f\u00fcr Stanz- und Veredelungsprozesse vielseitige L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr kleine bis mittlere Auflagen im konventionellen Druck und im Digitaldruck.<\/p>\n

Der WMS finanzierte 2006 im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung eine MBI-Transaktion mit direktem sowie stillem Eigenkapital. Mit neuem Management erh\u00f6hte sich sowohl der Innovationsgrad mit einer Vielzahl neuer Maschinen als auch die starke Exportorientierung. 2014 erfolgte der Verkauf an einen mehrheitlich orientierten Finanzinvestor.<\/p>\n
