Pendix GmbH produziert und vertreibt einen hocheffizienten Elektroantrieb f\u00fcr Fahrr\u00e4der. Der Antrieb eignet sich sowohl zum Einbau durch Fahrradhersteller, als auch als Nachr\u00fcstung. Pendix wendet sich mit dem Angebot sowohl an Fahrradhersteller, als auch direkt an Privat- und Gesch\u00e4ftskunden im Inland. Der Fahrrad-Einzelhandel und im Ausland ans\u00e4ssige Kunden werden \u00fcber Distributeure und Gro\u00dfh\u00e4ndler angesprochen.<\/p>\n

In 2019 hat Pendix im Wege der vertikalen Integration einen Hersteller von Lastenr\u00e4dern \u00fcbernommen und spricht mit diesem direkt den Markt der Postdienstleister und Betreiber von Fahrradflotten an. Die Kernkompetenz des Gr\u00fcnderteams liegt im Bereich der Steuerungselektronik und -software f\u00fcr Elektromotoren.<\/p>\n

Pendix wurde 2013 gegr\u00fcndet. Im selben Jahr stieg der TGFS als Seed-Investor in das Unternehmen ein. In der Folge wurde das Unternehmen von vier Finanzinvestoren unterst\u00fctzt und konnte sich so zu einer festen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe auf dem Fahrradmarkt entwickeln. 2022 erfolgte de Exit im Zuge des Verkaufs an die Johnson Electric Gruppe, ein weltweit f\u00fchrender Anbieter von Elektromotoren, Stellantriebskomponenten, Antriebsuntergruppen und verwandten elektromechanischen Komponenten.<\/p>\n

Pendix GmbH produces and sells a highly efficient electric drivetrain for bicycles. The drivetrain is suitable both for installation by bicycle manufacturers, and as a retrofit.
