BRICK4U GmbH steht f\u00fcr die vollst\u00e4ndig automatisierte und effiziente Datenerfassung, -verarbeitung und -bereitstellung zur Eigenoptimierung in der Immobilien-, Dienstleister- und Energiebranche. Daf\u00fcr wurde eine konfigurationsfreie und interoperable Hardware zur permanenten Datenerfassung von Mess-, Zustands- und Sensordaten aus Immobilien sowie die zugeh\u00f6rige Cloud-L\u00f6sung zur Verarbeitung der gewonnenen Daten entwickelt. Die Daten werden dann f\u00fcr die bestehenden IT-Systeme ent- oder verschl\u00fcsselt zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n

Der TGFS beteiligte sich 2020 am Unternehmen. 2024 erfolgte der Exit im Zuge des Verkaufs an die Dr. Giesen Family Office GmbH.<\/p>\n
