Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen vor jeder Challenge interaktive Stellenanzeigen schalten und durch gezieltes Employer-Branding auf sich aufmerksam machen. So f\u00fchrt Entwicklerheld geeignete Entwickler, die ihre F\u00e4higkeiten unter Beweis gestellt haben, mit suchenden Unternehmen zusammen. Somit verk\u00fcrzt EntwicklerHeld lange und ungeeignete Auswahlprozesse in Zeiten des Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels.<\/p>\n

Der TGFS beteiligte sich 2020 am Unternehmen. 2024 erfolgte der Exit.<\/p>\n
