Ein vernetztes Medizinger\u00e4t l\u00e4uft zu gro\u00dfen Teilen auf Software, die der Hersteller nicht selbst geschrieben hat. Wird in einer dieser Komponenten eine Schwachstelle ver\u00f6ffentlicht, muss er beantworten, ob sein Produkt tats\u00e4chlich betroffen ist \u2014 und diese Antwort \u00fcber zehn Jahre und l\u00e4nger gegen\u00fcber Beh\u00f6rden belegen k\u00f6nnen. Finden lassen sich Schwachstellen mit Scannern. Die Entscheidung, was sie f\u00fcr ein konkretes Ger\u00e4t bedeuten, treffen bis heute Fachleute von Hand.<\/p>\n

Genau diesen Schritt automatisiert die Cyber Insight GmbH aus Leipzig. Ihr Produkt Zylentix bewertet gemeldete Schwachstellen gegen die tats\u00e4chliche Architektur, Konfiguration und Einsatzumgebung eines Produkts und h\u00e4lt das Ergebnis als nachvollziehbare Entscheidung fest: mit Begr\u00fcndung, den zugrunde liegenden Belegen und den Punkten, die offen bleiben und von einem Experten gepr\u00fcft werden m\u00fcssen. Was unsicher ist, bleibt sichtbar. Technische Grundlage ist DARA, die von Cyber Insight seit 2023 entwickelte Reasoning-Architektur; ausgew\u00e4hlte Funktionen daraus lassen sich auch in die Softwareplattformen anderer Anbieter einbetten.<\/p>\n

Der Bedarf entsteht aus der Regulierung: in der Medizintechnik durch FDA Section 524B und MDR\/IVDR, dar\u00fcber hinaus durch NIS2 und den EU Cyber Resilience Act. Erprobt wird die Software in einem bezahlten Projekt mit Siemens Healthineers sowie in Evaluierungen mit weiteren Medizintechnikherstellern. Cyber Insight nennt diese Ebene zwischen einem gefundenen Sicherheitsproblem und der Entscheidung dar\u00fcber \u201eSystem of Decision for Product Security“.<\/p>\n
