BRICK4U GmbH

BRICK4U GmbH stands for fully automated and efficient data collection, processing, and provision for self-optimization in the real estate, service provider and energy industries. For this purpose, a configuration-free and interoperable hardware for permanent data acquisition of measurement, condition, and sensor data from real estate as well as the associated cloud solution for processing the acquired data was developed. The data is then made available to the existing IT systems in decrypted or encrypted form.

TGFS acquired a stake in the company in 2020. The exit took place in 2024 as part of the sale to Dr. Giesen Family Office GmbH.
