replex GmbH is a software company in the field of visualization and optimization of complex IT infrastructures. The software solution from replex provides complete transparency and monitoring of local and cloud-based server infrastructures to provide utilization and cost reports for C‑level management to achieve potential cloud cost savings for their clients.

TGFS became a shareholder in the company in 2018. Other investors included EnBw Ventures, High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and eValue AG. In 2021, the exit took place as part of the sale to Cisco Systems, Inc.

TGFS intends to sell its shares in replex GmbH to the US IT group Cisco Systems, Inc. The start-up replex GmbH was founded in 2016 and is active in the field of visualization and optimization of complex IT infrastructures.
