New potential for glass products through speed chemical strengthening

ReViSalt GmbH specializes in glass tempering. Under the name SaltClean, ReViSalt develops and markets regeneration materials for salt baths, extending their service life. ReViSalt also licenses a new process that shortens the glass tempering process by 95% while maintaining consistent quality, resulting in enormous energy and material savings. Consulting services related to the process and salt bath analysis support glass manufacturers and refiners in optimizing their existing production. ReViSalt is a spin-off of the Institute for Glass and Glass Technology at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg and was founded in 2021.

TGFS has been a shareholder in the company since June 2023.
