Jens Schultze is Managing Director at TGFS and SC-Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH | TGFS Chemnitz

After completing a commercial apprenticeship followed by business studies in Jena and the Netherlands, Jens Schultze started his career in consulting, then moved into the start-up world and joined T‑Online in 2002. There, he was responsible for investment activities and took on leading roles in M&A projects. His focus is on strategy development, investment management, and commercial management in growth, transformation, and integration phases.

Since 2012, Jens Schultze has held various commercial management positions, most recently at a media company in Berlin, where he worked as commercial director and authorized signatory for a subsidiary, among other roles.

In May 2025, he moved to SC-Kapital in Chemnitz, where he has already successfully implemented several investment projects for succession and growth financing for early-stage to established medium-sized companies.
