Katja Käseberg is Investment Manager at TGFS and SC-Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH | TGFS Chemnitz 

Katja Käseberg joined the team at TGFS and SC-Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in July 2026. In this role, she supports startups and small and medium-sized enterprises with their financing and growth initiatives and is involved in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. Her responsibilities include analyzing business models, developing financial models, and overseeing due diligence processes.

Prior to that, she spent about ten years working at the intersection of startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and financing. During her tenure at tex-lock, DIPAT, VOOR, and most recently numbers&words, she gained extensive experience in operational business development as well as in establishing sustainable financing and growth structures. Through her previous work, Katja Käseberg understands the challenges of founding, growing, financing, and transforming a business from a corporate perspective. She now brings this understanding to TGFS on the investor side to support founders and companies in their long-term development with capital, strategic guidance, and a strong network.

Her areas of expertise include investment analysis, financial modeling, growth strategy, and value creation. She combines analytical thinking with a practical, collaborative approach when working with founding teams, management, and other stakeholders.
