TGFS intends to sell its shares in replex GmbH to the US-based IT corporation Cisco Systems, Inc.

replex GmbH was founded in 2016 and operates in the field of visualization and optimization of complex IT infrastructures. The software solution enables complete transparency and monitoring of on-premises and cloud-based server infrastructures, allowing customers to generate utilization and cost reports to achieve potential cost savings in cloud expenses.
