Qoniac GmbH offers a software suite for overlay optimization in the semiconductor industry (automated process optimization). OVALiS leads to a significant improvement in yield in high volume mills and thus to a significant reduction in scrap rates. In particular, OVALiS makes a major contribution to shortening ramp-up phases for product changeovers, significantly improving the ROI of the equipment-intensive semiconductor industry.

TGFS became a shareholder in the company in 2009. In 2019, the exit took place as part of the sale to KLA Corp.
