BirdsView GmbH is a software company from Leipzig founded in 2023. Its focus is on providing a specialised marketing cloud platform for SMEs in the e‑commerce sector. The company’s goal is to automate and integrate the necessary interfaces and develop a centrally controlled platform that can be used without a great deal of prior knowledge or deep expertise in online marketing. This enables marketing staff to effectively use the most important digital channels. For example, they can use AI-powered analytics and optimisation to run marketing campaigns and better target their own customer data to strengthen customer loyalty and increase repurchase rates and ultimately revenue.  

With its approach, the product positions itself as a solution specifically geared to the requirements of e‑commerce SMEs; this sets it apart from more cost-intensive and complex providers such as Salesforce. 

TGFS has been a shareholder in the company since June 2023.
