BirdsView GmbH is an AI software company founded in 2023 and based in Leipzig. Its focus is on providing verticalized AI agents for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the e‑commerce sector. The company’s goal is to help SMEs with extensive product catalogs to scale and customize their email marketing with the help of the digital workforce “Avys.” Avys has a semantic understanding of every product in the catalog, analyzes the behavior of end customers in the online store, and generates hyper-personalized emails based on this analysis. These emails increase repurchase rates and promote customer loyalty.

With this approach, the product positions itself as the first fully autonomous CRM platform for e‑commerce SMEs that performs automation not on the basis of manually created rules, but using semantic AI analysis.

TGFS has been a shareholder in the company since June 2023.
