The company focuses on providing verticalized AI agents for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the e commerce sector. Its goal is to help SMEs with extensive product catalogs scale and personalize their email marketing through its digital workforce “Avys.” Avys semantically understands every product in the catalog, analyzes customer behavior in the online store, and generates hyper personalized emails based on these insights. These emails increase repurchase rates and foster customer loyalty.

With this approach, the product positions itself as the first fully autonomous CRM platform for e commerce SMEs that enables automation not through manually created rules but through semantic AI analysis.

TGFS has been a shareholder in the company since June 2023.
