VibroCut GmbH is a company founded in Chemnitz in 2023 that specialises in innovative system solutions for hybrid machining. By integrating ultrasonic and oscillation technologies into new and existing machines, VibroCut enables its customers to significantly increase precision, efficiency and productivity in manufacturing. Seamless system integration ensures that the technologies can be used optimally.

TGFS has held a stake in the company since 2025. In addition, industry-specific business angels are among the investors.
