Oliver Latz is Senior Investment Manager at TGFS and MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Sachsen mbH.

Already during his studies Oliver Latz gained valuable experience at the start-up Fair Observer and during a research project at Tesla. Subsequently, he worked for the renowned American investment bank State Street in the area of international finance before joining KPMG, first as an audit leader in the area of Audit Financial Service and then in the area of Deal Advisory Valuation, where he advised companies on both the buy and sell side of M&A transactions.

Since 2022, Oliver Latz has been a Senior Investment Manager at MBG Saxony, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the funding of innovative start-ups and young technology companies.

Oliver Latz completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree in technology and management-oriented business administration at the Technical University of Munich. In his master’s studies, he specialized in corporate finance and product engineering.
