New investment at TGFS: DieEnergiekoppler GmbH from DresdenWith its flexibility plant, the start-up offers a new form of virtual power plant that enables remote monitoring and control of energy systems. Another investor is LEAG (Lausitz Energie Kraftwerke AG). LEAG already utilizes the technology to make energy from photovoltaic systems even more efficient.

Martin Liebsch, who executed the investment at TGFS, commented on the deal: „We are very pleased about the collaboration with LEAG, as we have an equally experienced and progressive energy service provider as a co-investor by our side. Our combination of financial strength and expertise allows the energy coupling specialist to continue their growth trajectory and actively contribute to driving the energy transition from Dresden. At the same time, we are making a valuable contribution to the structural transformation in the regions of Saxony, which have been shaped by coal-mining, and beyond.“
