DieEnergiekoppler GmbH
DieEnergiekoppler GmbH is a spin-off from the Technische Universität of Dresden from 2020. With the Flexibilitätswerk, a virtual power plant of the next generation, DieEnergiekoppler as technology and service provider delivers a technology for fast and cost-effective networking of energy systems (among others PV, wind, heat pumps, battery storage). Objectives are the usability as well as the marketing of the controllability (flexibility) of these energy plants. Core features of the technology are a high extent of standardization and abstraction and the use of machine learning to automate technical and organizational processes.
TGFS has been a shareholder in DieEnergiekoppler GmbH together with Lausitz Energie Kraftwerke AG since 2021.
