Cancilico GmbH is a health tech startup based in Dresden that develops AI-powered software to automate the analysis of bone marrow smears, thereby making blood cancer diagnostics faster and more accurate. Its core product, MyeloAID, uses advanced, image-based machine learning to automatically classify and count cells in bone marrow samples, thereby generating a complete myelogram from microscope images within minutes. By digitizing and standardizing a process that was previously manual, error-prone, and time-consuming, Cancilico simplifies workflows in laboratories and clinics and significantly increases the efficiency and reliability of hematological cancer diagnostics.

TGFS has held a stake in the company since 2026, together with HTGFS, GEDAD GmbH, and ROI Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
