SURAG Medical GmbH is a medical technology start-up founded in 2021 out of the INKA research group at Magdeburg University Hospital. The company specialises in the developing audio-based assistance systems for minimally invasive procedures. Planned areas of application are needle interventions, laparoscopic operations and, in particular, medical robotics. The company strives to improve patient safety and treatment outcomes through their intraoperative plug and play feedback technology. SURAG Medical is based in Leipzig and works closely with medical professionals and institutions to develop innovative technologies that revolutionise patient care.
