Exit: Immoware24 acquires voice chatbot developer we-do.ai

TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen announces the exit of we-do.ai GmbH from Leipzig. We-do.ai, a developer of voice chatbots (Conversational AI), has been fully acquired by Immoware24 GmbH GmbH, headquartered in Halle (Saale).

TGFS first invested in we-do.ai GmbH in a pre-seed round in 2018, supporting the vision of Dr. Sebastian Hecker and André Naumann in the field of Conversational AI. Initially, we-do.ai served various industries, including the real estate sector and public transportation. At the beginning of 2021, the company specialized in the food service industry under the brand foodcall. The innovative foodcall solution streamlines order and reservation management for restaurants by using a voice chatbot that can be seamlessly integrated into POS systems and webshops. This minimzes errors and simplifies workflows.

The complete transition to the real estate sector comes at a time when digital transformation in the industry is more critical than ever. Immoware24, a pioneer in the field of cloud-based property management software for ten years, aims to enhance its existing services with AI/ML-based solutions, revolutionizing tenant and property management interactions. The expertise of we-do.ai will drive this strategy forward and enable more efficient processes and improved communication channels between tenants and property management.
