Infrasolid GmbH

Infrasolid GmbH develops, manufactures, and distributes powerful infrared radiation sources for NDIR gas analysis and IR spectroscopy. Applications can be found in the fields of environmental protection, exhaust gas measurement, building and medical technology. Based on a patented nanotechnology in combination with a self-supporting monolithic structure, the infrared radiation sources can be highly miniaturized. These are suitable for a variety of new portable and battery-powered devices.

TGFS has held a stake in the company since 2018 – together with VNG Innovation and TUDAG. In 2022, the exit took place in the course of the majority takeover by Innovative Sensor Technology AG (IST AG), a Swiss sensor specialist and part of the Endress+Hauser Group. Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG (IST AG), a Swiss sensor specialist and part of the Endress+Hauser Group, today announced the majority acquisition of Infrasolid GmbH. In the course of this, TGFS, which has accompanied the company since 2018, is also selling its shares.
