Leipzig-based start-up Prodlane GmbH has reached another milestone with its AI platform MAIA: TGFS and other investors are supporting the company with seven-figure seed funding.

Together with TUDAG and a private investor, TGFS is investing a seven-figure sum in Flexora GmbH as part of seed financing. The start-up develops sensors printed on flexible film that are inexpensive to produce and easy to install.

TGFS invests in Zenesis, a leading provider of AI-supported MEP planning software based in Leipzig. The start-up secures a seven-figure sum as part of the pre-seed round.

TGFS and bm|t invest a seven-figure sum in TEDIRO Healthcare Robotics GmbH in an extended seed financing round. The aim is to bring the mobile therapy robot platform THERY to market as a medical product and thus support healthcare facilities in times of a shortage of skilled workers.

In a Series A financing round, TGFS is investing a seven-figure sum in in.hub GmbH, a provider of complete IIoT systems for self-commissioning. The funds will be used to significantly simplify the digitalization of processes and machinery in SMEs and make it more cost-effective.

TGFS and bm|t invest a seven-figure sum in Peeriot GmbH in a seed financing round. The aim is to fundamentally simplify IoT networking and enable innovative applications for intelligent IoT devices that work together in a swarm.

Packwise GmbH from Dresden continues to grow: Together with Hüttenes hoch drei, TGFS is investing a seven-figure sum in the IoT startup for its upcoming internationalization to North America.

Data Virtuality, a global provider of data integration and management solutions, is acquired by CData Software. TGFS has been supporting the company since 2012.

watttron has successfully closed a M€ 12 Series B funding round. The round was led by the Circular Innovation Fund and the European Circular Bioeconomy Fund. Long-standing partners such as the TGFS also took part.
